For more acute situations, you can make a steam bath by pouring a cup of boiling water into a bowl, and then mix 10 drops of eucalyptus , place a towel over your head and inhale deeply for five–10 minutes.
To treat an upper respiratory cold – Boil two cups of water, pour into a ceramic bowl, and add 1 drop Tea tree, 1 drop of Eucalyptus and 1 drop of Peppermint. Cover your head and bowl with a towel, breathing deeply for 5 minutes. If it hurts, you know the oils are attacking infected cells.
